Summarized: we do request browser cookies, we store the IP address of API and website usage for security purposes. We do not sell or provide your entered data to third parties and we don't keep data for longer than necessary for the purpose we collected it. We treat your data, your entered jobs or keywords with high respect, your trust in our professionalism is part of our business.

  8. We do not store or know your cleartext passwords, we store passwords as strong encrypted hashes that can not be decrypted back.
  9. You may at any time contact us by email regarding data protection to request removal of your stored data or clarification.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

Data we process:

  1. The common server side logs required for debugging and security which contain the IP address of visitors.
  2. These logs are automatically removed after 1-6 months.
  3. We store billing related data which are entered manually through our user interface.
  4. These customer profiles are not removed, however you may at any time request removal through our helpdesk or delete the information yourself through our user interface.
  5. For our big data services we collect professional information about people (LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Yahoo) which they made publicly available on the basis of legitimate interest to conduct our B2B offers with mostly human resource and recruiting companies to find new professional candidates. This data includes public shared information about education, work history, skills and interests, the full name, the job title and the company you are working at.
  6. We do not process sensitive private data such as personal financial information, health, sexual orientation, or political views. We do not intentionally collect any information about minors (people younger than 16) and take reasonable action to remove such data from our system if any is found.
  7. If you do not consent with your data being stored you may contact us at any time to have your data purged from our system, our helpdesk (top of website) will respond to your privacy concerns rapidly.

The right to be forgotten:

As our automated data is largely based on data from Google, Bing, and LinkedIn we automatically follow their removals.

Data security:

The security of our servers and data is of highest priority to us. We do not store cleartext passwords, instead we use salted one-way hashing technology. Our servers and databases are all hosted in the united states and protected by customized firewalls. Our websites and API offer HTTPS as default access method which is a sufficient transport encryption.

How we obtain data:

  1. From direct contact with you
  2. From search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo
  3. Through networking sites such as LinkedIn
  4. Through public APIs and sources

Who we share data with:

  1. Data you entered directly on our platform (through API, our interfaces, our website) is not shared with 3rd parties
  2. Personal data you entered for billing is shared with our tax administration for billing purposes.
  3. Data we obtain for HR/recruiting consulting and search or statistics such as information from Linkedin, is offered for solely lawful purposes to our clients.
